Job Description
DATA SPECIALIST
- Perform accurate and timely data entry in Smartsheet
- Manage and track deliveries, shortages, and project updates
- Create and maintain dashboards for Customer Success and internal teams
- Generate timely reports using Smartsheet and spreadsheets
- Work with spreadsheets (Smartsheet and Excel)
- Use AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and data organization
- Manage calendars and schedules related to data tracking and deliverables
- Ensure data integrity and proactively flag inconsistencies or gaps
- Operate independently while providing regular status updates
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong experience with Smartsheet or advanced Excel user
- Solid background in data entry, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple data stream
