Combining design-driven innovation with over 145 years of shoemaking heritage, we are a certified B Corp that creates collections inspired by the laid-back local lifestyle and the arts, fusing traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.Design, execute, and continuously optimize CRM automation and personalization programs at Camper throughout the customer lifecycle, activating triggers and journeys aimed at maximizing conversion, last-click demand, and customer lifetime value (LTV) through relevant and timely communications.This is a hands-on role , focused on execution, experimentation, and continuous optimization of CRM automations, acting as a bridge between business, data, and technology.
