Analyze database solutions and implement industry best practices
Design, build, and maintain core database infrastructure
Plan, monitor, and manage database capacity and growth
Develop tools and automation to streamline database operations
Collaborate closely with the SRE team on production changes and incident mitigation
Provide database expertise and guidance to engineering teams
Lead database-related projects and ensure timely and successful delivery
