Job Description
Responsibilities:
- API development & maintenance to ITSM, CRM, Financial and SharePoint systems
- Data extraction / ingestion from source to our data warehouse (Fabric + Azure Data Factory)
- PySpark / SQL updates to Stored Procedures (SPROC) and ETL processes across Bronze and Silver layers.
- PySpark / SQL development and maintenance of Views
- Optimization of SPROC to reduce load, refresh, or cost
- PySpark / SQL discovery and manipulation of existing code to cleaner, modern code
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Database Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server / SQL MI (Oracle, MySQL, or other relational databases is a plus).
- Knowledge of Azure IaaS & PaaS, with stronger emphasis on Azure data services.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory.
