Day Program Supervisor is a leadership role in managing the daily operations of client care environments. This includes overseeing front-line support staff, ensuring smooth implementation of routines, and maintaining a safe, trauma-informed space for individuals accessing services. The House Manager/Supervisor ensures that client care plans are followed and that program environments meet agency expectations for quality, compliance, and professionalism.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Post-secondary education in Social Work, Behavioural Science, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a support or supervisory role within human services.
