Incident Management Responsibilities
Excellent Communication Skill
Participate in core business hours triaging for on-call incidents (including major and minor) Lead NOC team on major incident issues through E2E process Lead, guide, and control troubleshooting activities across multiple cross-functioning teams Identify critical resources for resolution paths and managing information flow Perform data analysis to identify areas for improvement Review operational metrics and drive team performance Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting ensuring transparency with various stakeholders Continuously improve Incident processes to drive team towards SLO goals and repeatable experiences Identifying recurring outages/events through trends analysis, operation and reported incidents Facilitate external communicatio...
