Debit Memo Processing Analyst (Contract)

Job description

• Process debit memos accurately and in a timely manner as per company policies
• Review and validate supporting documents related to returns and debit memos
• Handle return-related emails from customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• Respond to queries professionally and within defined SLAs
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and update return and debit memo records in internal systems
• Track pending cases and follow up to closure.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements
• Prepare and share periodic status reports on returns and debit memos
• Prepare upload templates for bills related to expired products.
• Escalate issues or delays to the supervisor when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
