The Deburr Operator performs final finishing operations on precision medical components and mandrels, using production machinery and hand tools to achieve high-quality surface finishes in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform final operations on medical components and mandrels, ensuring each part meets defined quality and finish standards.
- Load parts into production machines, start and monitor machine cycles, and adjust as needed to maintain consistent output.
- Apply spray polish and use Scotch-Brite pads to complete the final finish on parts according to work instructions.
- Carry out deburring and polishing tasks using appropriate hand tools and equipment to remove sharp edges and imperfections.
