Deduction Analyst (Remote - Night Shift)

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2-3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities or a combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years experience as Deduction Analyst
• With experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and Revenue Recognition
• With experience chargebacks and disputes
• Experience in using ERP, NetSuite is preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve customer deductions (pricing, shortages/damages, returns, allowances, trade promotions, compliance/chargebacks).
• Validate claims using POs, PODs/BOLs, invoices, contracts, TPM deals, and retailer portal evidence.
• Determine disposition (valid/invalid/partial) and code reasons accurately.
• Prepare and submit dispute packages with supporting documentation via retailer portals (Walmart, Target, Kroger, Amazon/Vend...
