Delivery Analyst / Client Support (Xico)

Acxiom is seeking a Delivery Analyst to join our Support team in Mexico City. This role is idóneo for someone with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for troubleshooting and helping clients succeed.

You'll support enterprise applications, resolve user issues, manage support tickets, and gain exposure to cloud technologies, compliance processes, and identity-related solutions in a global technology environment.

• Provide Tier one application support for clients and internal users
• Troubleshoot issues such as account access, password resets, user provisioning, and system outages
