The delivery architect lead advanced drafting and modelling tasks, mentor junior staff, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

This role requires expert knowledge of Revit and proven multi-residential and mixed-use experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and coordination of complex BIM/Revit models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines
• Oversee clash detection, resolve design conflicts and ensure model accuracy and alignment with consultant inputs
