Job Description

[Customer Service & Delivery Management]
-Receive customer orders and enter data into the system.
-Coordinate delivery schedules according to customer requirements.
- Provide customers with updates on order progress and delivery status.
- Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

[Internal Coordination]
- Coordinate with factories regarding production planning and inventory management.
- Work closely with the Export Team to ensure smooth export operations.

[Documentation]
- Prepare invoices and packing lists accurately and in compliance with company procedures.
- Support the preparation of other related documents as required.
