Key Responsibilities
Operational Support: Daily engagement with workshop supervisor and shift leads, building collaborative relationships, ensuring resource allocation is evenly balanced between S J Bargh and external customers. Monitor the Service reception function and assist Customer Service Advisor with any queries or opportunities. Ensure Scania booking processes are being followed. Upsell the Scania product, utilise fixed‑priced repairs and special offers to engage current customers and attract new ones. Engage with Scania account managers for technical assistance and help with claims; contact Scania workshops for updates on internal contracts and inclusions. Ensure a smooth flow of job cards to invoicing teams, maintaining a consistent WIP level within required criteria.
