Job Description
Manager- CAT-BDXCAT Modelling and BDX experience is mandatory for the role.Delivery Management- Oversee the complete bordereaux processing lifecycle, including data ingestion, validation, reconciliation, and reporting- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of outputs in line with client expectations and regulatory standards.Monitor SLAs and KPIs, proactively mitigating risks and resolving delivery bottlenecks.Client Liaison & Stakeholder Engagement- Act as the primary point of contact for underwriters and client operations teams.- Maintain regular communication to align on data requirements, reporting formats, and timelines.- Represent Xceedance professionally at client premises, fostering trust and collaborations.Documentation & Compliance- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and client interactions.- Ensure adherence to client-specific data handling policies and industry regulations.
