Drive Consulting Income
- Monitor and improve the team's invoiceability.
- Be involved and accountable for the consulting income:
- Ensure the team is invoiceable and find projects this is not the case. Fight and defend the invoiceability of your team.
- Support the sales team in closing deals by providing delivery insights and building confidence in our execution.
- Identify and negotiate change requests to minimize credit notes and maximize revenue. <...
