Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of programs/projects with Microsoft as a key client
Act as the primary engagement lead for senior Microsoft stakeholders
Drive delivery governance, risk management, and escalation management
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, operations) across geographies
Ensure delivery excellence across scope, quality, timelines, and budget
