Delivery Staff

Responsibilities

• Deliver filled water containers (e.g., 5-gallon bottles) to customers promptly and safely.
• Load and unload water containers onto delivery vehicles.
• Ensure accurate delivery by verifying customer orders and delivery addresses.
• Collect empty water bottles for refilling and handle cash or digital payments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of water containers to meet hygiene standards.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and handle inquiries or complaints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in delivery or logistics is an advantage.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and carry heavy water containers.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
