We are a leading ice cream company operating in 76 countries, offering a Demand Planning Specialist position that drives our demand planning and sales‑operations planning (SOP) processes.
The role
As a Demand Planning Specialist, you will drive the S&OP process and work closely with customer development, marketing, and sourcing teams to build an integrated volume and sales plan, coordinate delivery of results, and manage downstream supply chain operations.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Prepare strategic and ad‑hoc analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs, identifying gaps and recommending and implementing actions to improve performance in key areas.
- Review and maintain demand and supply forecasts for multiple time horizons as part of the demand planning function.
- Use and maintain demand‑planning tools: Excel, Power BI, RapidResponse, and SAP.
