NVA reduction through process changes and method improvements
Strong awareness of productivity improvement tools with hands-on experience
Ergonomics study of line associates/stages to identify GYR status and drive improvements
Hands-on experience in TPM-KK pillar (Focused Improvement) concepts
Work content calculation, line balancing, and execution for new models/variants
Manpower planning and monitoring for the shop
Identification of capacity bottlenecks and debottlenecking as per volume requirements
Driving PDCA approach
