Job Overview
- Location: Market Weighton
- Annual Salary: £30,129.79 per annum
- Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours) with on‑call rota
- Required experience: Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
- Driver preference: Preferred, not essential – ability to travel between two locations approximately 1.5 miles apart
- Sponsorship: Not available
Our Mission
We support 15 people across two locations and aim to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and related needs live the way they choose. The Deputy Support Manager will inspire and empower a team of around 40 staff to deliver person‑centred care.
