Job Description
Working within the Innovation Triangle team, the person in this role plays a key part in providing administrative and operational support to the Design department, ensuring the smooth progression of projects, the management of fabric libraries, and the overall organization of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing documents required for material research;
- Following up on files with external suppliers and entering related data;
- Measuring samples and organizing wash tests;
- Maintaining the organization of fabric libraries;
- Preparing Simons’ seasonal palettes;
- Providing administrative support for special projects;
- Performing any other related administrative tasks in support of the design and production teams.
