Design Engineer Facade

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Faade Designer to support the design, development, and execution of building faade systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of faade materials, performance requirements, and industry standards, along with proficiency in 2D/3D design software.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

• Develop conceptual and detailed faade designs (glass, aluminum, stone, ACP, curtain wall, cladding, etc.).
• Prepare faade shop drawings, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
• Conduct structural, thermal, and performance analysis of faade systems.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure integration with building design.
