Design Engineer/ Land Development Engineer

Job description:

We are seeking a Design Engineer / Land Development Engineer who will take responsibility for preparing, developing, and finalizing civil design drawings for land development projects, with direct experience in high-rise residential developments. Projects may also include supporting works for commercial and mixed-use developments.

The role will focus on site grading, cut-and-fill analysis, stormwater management, roadway layouts, and utility design, particularly for high-rise residential buildings and their associated site developments. The successful candidate will be required to sign and seal engineering plans as part of the deliverables, ensuring full compliance with all applicable codes and regulatory requirements.
