Design Manager (Civil & Structural Engineering)

Lead and manage the civil & structural design team, overseeing all phases of project design from concept to construction completion. Review and approve structural design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, and other relevant Singapore standards and codes. Liaise closely with clients, architects, M&E consultants, and contractors to coordinate design development, resolve technical issues, and meet project timelines. Prepare detailed design briefs, project scopes, and work schedules monitor project progress and deliverables to meet deadlines and budget requirements. Conduct site visits to review construction progress, provide technical guidance, and address design-related queries on-site.
