Job Description

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Design Validation Engineering Manager located in Taipei Design site.
Reporting to the Site Director, the Design Validation Engineering (DVE) Manager/Lead role involves validating the power supply unit and BBU (Battery Backup Unit) and CBU (capacitor backup unit). 
What a typical day looks like:
Lead and organize test team activities, setup efficient test methods and techniques, improve test team’s capability and product test coverage.
Implement product testing technologies and deliver test results in compliance with specification and quality objectives.
Perform comprehensive reviews for testing scope of products according to process requirement.
