Job Description
Leverage the use of design tokens to build responsive components in Figma, component variants, patterns, templates in a scalable, enterprise-grade design system that supports the digital product ecosystem
Define, document and maintain guidelines and best practices for component and pattern usage
Partner with product designers, platform/product owners and engineering teams to align requirements, identify edge-cases for components and patterns
Create high-fi prototypes to explore ideas and collaborate effectively with engineering during implementation
Manage feedback and contribution requests as you partner with various product teams to understand their unique constraints, and integrate their needs into the Design System
Train, onboard and enable teams to fully leverage the Design System
