This position requires managing incidents for desktop devices, from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to providing deskside support. You'll also be responsible for configuration management, security compliance, and user training analysis. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage desktop device incidents to resolution
• Provide deskside support and IMAC services
• Maintain configuration and installation of desktop systems
• Monitor anti-virus compliance and security profiles
• Offer VIP support for critical IT issues

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in desktop support
