Level 1/2 Desktop Support Engineer - Retail

We're looking for a hands-on Level 1/2 Desktop Support Engineer to join a fast-paced environment. This is a highly on-site role focused on keeping warehouse and end-user technology running smoothly across hardware, devices, and basic network infrastructure.

This role suits someone who enjoys being on the floor, troubleshooting in real time, and supporting operational teams in a high-volume environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing Level 1/2 desktop and end-user support to warehouse and office staff
  • Troubleshooting hardware including desktops, laptops, scanners, printers, label printers, kiosks, and handheld devices
  • Supporting warehouse technology such as RF scanners, POS peripherals, and conveyor-related systems (IT support side)
