Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support to our clients. This role involves resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues and requires frequent travel to client locations within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit client sites to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
