Role Overview
The Detailing manager will be in charge of overseeing all vehicle cleaning & detailing operations, ensuring vehicles are prepared to company tandards in a timely & efficient manner. This role involves managing washbay staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring smooth day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise & coordinate daily activities of washbay staff
- Ensure all vehicles meet company cleanliness & presentation standards before delivery
- Create and manage staff schedules based on workload and reservations
- Train new staff on detailing procedures and safety standards
- Monitor productivity & turn-around times are met
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies & place orders when needed
