Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle of banking platforms and applications.
Provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers and IT specialists.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with rural banking needs.
Evaluate and select technology stacks, frameworks, and tools
Integrate with existing core banking systems (e.g., Finacle, Temenos, etc.).
Lead development of APIs and services for mobile and internet banking platforms.
Collaborate with management to identify and implement digital solutions that promote financial inclusion in rural areas.
Drive automation and modernization of branch-level operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master preferred.
5 years of experience in software development; at least 2 in a leadership role.
