What You'll Do The Automation Team within Go-Live Operations at Avalara is looking for an Automation and AI Workflows Developer experienced in process automation platforms. You will support Avalara's automation roadmap by developing end-to-end workflows that enhance consultant productivity, data accuracy and customer outcomes. You will excel at process improvement, integration design and low code/AI tools to deliver reliable and scalable automations. You will be reporting to the Director, Technical Programmes. What Your Responsibilities Will Be You will Design automation workflows and integrate automation solutions with systems such as Salesforce, Power BI, Confluence, JIRA, N8N and Avalara internal APIs. Collaborate with Business Process SMEs, Analysts and Operations Leads to map manual workflows, define functional requirements and design automation logic.
