The Developer, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure as Code at Cloud Platform Engineering, Scotiabank, Canada plays a crucial role in driving cloud technology modernization and adoption. This position involves significant collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of Cloud, Platform Engineering, and DevOps capabilities into business outcomes.

While Cloud Engineering will continue to own the design of the cloud infrastructure, this role will focus on ensuring standards and consistency across teams to accelerate delivery. You will leverage your expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to translate Cloud Product needs and Cloud Engineering requirements into usable, secure and easily extendable IaC solutions.
