OneSite is the main product, and we are handling the core functionality which is Conventional with various integration to other systems across the organization. We also support other centers such as Rent Stabilization, Student Living and Military Housing.

(MAIN) Problem Management Escalations (L2 and L3 tasks)L2 - Conference calls with support and client (Go-To meetings).
