Job Description
As a Developer in Test at Exchange Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, defect-free solutions across our core technology platform and client-facing applications. Working within an agile team of skilled technology professionals, you will help shape solutions that are scalable, reusable, and aligned with our development framework and technology roadmap. This position will design and execute comprehensive testing strategies—including functional, regression, and performance testing—while managing the QA lifecycle from test case creation through to defect remediation. As a member of the QA team, you will serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, guiding best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, proactively managing risk, and championing quality as a core pillar of product delivery.
