developer (Laval)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications and designing and implementing testable, scalable code.

Expertise required:

• DB2 UDB – writing complex data retrieval queries and stored procedures
• Linux Shell Scripting
• Python / PERL
• AUTOSYS or any similar scheduling tool
• Object-oriented programming
• Detail oriented, ability to turn deliverables around quickly with high degree of accuracy
• Robust analytical skills, ability to interpret business requirements and produce functional and technical design documents
• Good time management skills – ability to prioritize and multi-task, handling multiple efforts at once
• Strong desire to understand and learn domain
