The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. Expertise in DB2 UDB with writing complex data retrieval queries and stored procedures Expertise in Linux Shell Scripting Solid experience with Python / PERL Good knowledge of Autosys or any similar scheduling tool Knowledge and good understanding of object-oriented programming Detail oriented, ability to turn deliverables around quickly with high degree of accuracy Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret business requirements and produce functional and technical design documents Positive time management skills – ability to prioritize and multi-task, handling multiple efforts at once Strong desire to understand and learn domain
