About The Role
This is a unique entry-level opportunity to gain direct mentorship from senior DevOps engineers while managing a Gartner Magic Quadrant leading ITSM platform. You will be at the forefront of technology by actively testing and implementing Generative AI and Predictive AI capabilities to enhance service delivery for a global enterprise.
What You Will Do
- Drive ITSM solution delivery by assisting with small enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes within our cloud ecosystem.
- Implement cutting‑edge Generative AI and machine learning capabilities to automate and enhance global service delivery.
