Job Description
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate various internal and external events, such as conferences, employee events, and special events for members;
- Manage relationships with current and prospective tenants by maintaining regular communication and mutual engagement;
- Handle hotel reservations for staff members as well as car rentals when required;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and procedures;
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of various security IT systems, such as camera systems and door access management systems;
- Review camera footage following incidents or events and provide recordings to the immediate supervisor and, when necessary, to law enforcement authorities;
- Work on various special projects as needed (e.g., facility renovations, implementation of new systems, etc.);
