As a Development Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing construction materials testing methodologies and mix designs. You’ll contribute to industry-leading research and development and support customer-facing initiatives.
Your role:
- Lead and support high-end concrete testing, including durability and lifespan assessments
- Collaborate with internal teams on trial mixes and lab testing methods
- Stay ahead of industry trends in testing, including non-destructive techniques
- Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage one direct report and facilitate knowledge transfer within the lab
