They have a reputation for their cutting edge product, responsibility to the community and long term view to development. The decision making process is fast, which has enabled them to be opportunistic with acquisitions in recent years.
The Role
Our client is seeking a Development Manager for one of their key projects in the north. It is a large residential community with a substantial, built form, including residents club, school, town houses and medium density.
The project launched earlier this year and is looking to delivery key civil infrastructure over the next 12 months including a bridge and some design led wetlands with a focus on sustainability.
