Job Description
We are looking for a Development Support Manager BESS to drive the development and structuring of new battery projects in Iberia, working closely with development teams, market strategy managers, and cross-functional support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support Local Teams: Assist project managers with site identification, planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
Standardisation of Practices: Develop and share tools, methodologies, and best practices for battery project development.
Cross-functional Coordination: Ensure project consistency across countries and central functions (technical, legal, financial).
Technological & Regulatory Watch: Monitor developments in the European battery market, anticipating impacts on grid connection, safety, energy/container design, and tenders.
