Key Responsibilities
Provide support for company devices and related hardware.Assist Drivers with device setup, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.Monitor device performance and ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently.Maintain accurate device inventory and update records as new devices are issued or returned.Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairs, replacements, and upgrades.Ensure compliance with company IT and device-usage policies.Report recurring technical issues to management and recommend solutions.
