JOB OVERVIEW:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will provide front‑line support for the Financial Market applications by managing incidents, changes, and services using ITSM frameworks and tools.
You will enhance system reliability through regular monitoring, providing alerts, and incident management, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring production jobs, troubleshooting, communicating updates, and ensuring adherence to standard procedures, as well as hands‑on design, development, automation, and testing using SSIS, SQL Server, C#, and Control‑M.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–3 years’ experience in ITSM or related fields, with proficiency in ITSM tools (such as Helix) and ITIL processes
