DevOps Engineer

The ISG Plant Management RPE DevOps role combines both support and DevOps responsibilities for a suite of applications managed within the Plant Management (PLM) department. This department is part of the Reliability, Production, and Engineering (RPE) organization. The role involves working with global team members to maintain application stability, enhance system scalability, implement new features, reduce manual tasks, and support the release management process. The systems supported include readiness check platforms, alert processing tools, data science platforms, Kubernetes environments, and batch management applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for core production applications.
• Respond to user inquiries and suggest solutions to reported problems.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform log analysis, and conduct host-level diagnostics to resolve performance or stability issues.
