We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our Ascendon Platform Management & Security team. The PM&S team is responsible for creating and supporting AWS accounts, pipeline automation, Windows Active Directory domains, Email services, and Security tooling for the Ascendon organization. You will work with a dynamic team and be on the cutting edge of technology.
Responsibilities:
- Support AWS Cloud Infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Support Windows infrastructure, including Active Directory & PKI
- Interface with users at all levels for support, including developers, administrators, engineers, DBAs, etc.
- Create scripts, tools, frameworks, metrics, processes, and documentation to support platform operations
- Handle customer change requests and problem tickets
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
