About the Role
Wipro is looking for a DevOps Engineering Tech Lead to join our engineering community in Sheffield. As a DevOps Engineering Tech Lead, you will lead the development and delivery of cloud-native platforms, OpenShift as the primary cloud environment and AWS used as a supporting platform. You will work closely with DevOps, cloud, and application teams to build, automate, and support scalable container-based solutions that underpin critical services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage container platforms hosted primarily on a Private Cloud Platform, OpenShift
- Build and operate OpenShift Container Platform Virtualization (OCPV) environments
- Automate cloud and platform infrastructure using Ansible
- Develop and maintain Python automation for monitoring, integration, and tooling
- Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and application teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions
