Job Description
**Your role:**
* Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar technologies.
* Integrate security scanning, code quality checks, and compliance automation into build and release workflows.
* Build automation scripts and developer tooling (Python or similar) to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
* Contribute to Code Hub Platform capabilities, including Backstage plugin development, self-service workflows, and AWS-hosted supporting services.
* Assist in deploying and operating platform services using Infrastructure-as-Code and cloud-native tools.
* Improve observability and reliability of automation and CI/CD pipelines.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to understand developer needs, collect feedback, and co-create solutions.
* Promote clean code practices and craftsmanship principles.
* Support InnerSource contribution models and documentation practices
