Salary

Up to £40,000 basic salary, OTE £47,000. Sign‑on bonus of £1,500 from 1st September 2025, payable in stages:

• £750 upon joining
• £250 upon accreditation with Stellantis & You
• £500 after 12 months employment
• Additional efficiency bonus
