Role Overview
We're looking for a data leader who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and behavioral analytics. As our Digital AI Application & Data Innovation Lead, you will co-lead the experimentation engine that powers both GlobeOne and GOMO's growth loops — turning engagement data into decision-ready insights, behavioral diagnostics, and AI-personalized lifecycle strategies.
You'll partner with Growth Managers, and our Applied Behavioral Scientists to uncover what drives adoption, stickiness, and monetization — and build the AI-backed tools and intelligent triggers that deliver measurable lift across every user journey.
